How to make barbecued pork

Going home and cooking a delicious meal after the hustle and bustle is over is a very romantic and happy thing. You don’t need to prepare too many seasonings, just prepare onions, ginger and garlic. Add a little vinegar for seasoning when serving, and the barbecued pork is ready.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the meat and drain the water. Cut the scallions, ginger and scallions into slices. Mix all the sauces in the barbecue sauce evenly.

2. Pour everything into a fresh-keeping bag, massage the meat with your hands, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

3. The next day, take out the meat pan, put some tin foil on it, put the meat on the grill, and turn the oven to 200 degrees.
