How to cook lean meat noodles

Cooking noodles with lean meat soup has good nutritional value and tastes very good. It is also relatively simple to make and saves time. For people who don’t have time at work, making it this way and adding an appropriate amount of vegetables will make it perfect. It can be made for breakfast or eaten as lunch, which is quite convenient. It has certain health-care effects and is also very good for regulating the stomach and intestines.

How to cook lean meat noodles

1. Wash and dice the lean meat, add a little salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, stir well, and marinate for five minutes.

2. Prepare a slightly ripe tomato, wash it, cut it and set aside.

3. Prepare some green vegetables, wash them and set aside. In fact, no matter what kind of vegetables you choose, you can use any other vegetables you usually buy at home.

4. Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then add the dry noodles.

5. When the noodles are 80% cooked, add a little salt and oil, then put the vegetables into the noodles and cook for a few seconds. Take out the noodles and vegetables and put them in a bowl for later use.

6. Use another pot, add a little more oil, add the lean meat and stir-fry until it is 70% to 80% cooked. Use a spatula to push it to the side of the pot, add the tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat until the tomatoes are cooked into a sauce and then turn off the heat.

7. Finally, pour the fried lean meat and tomato sauce on the noodles. A simple and easy-to-make nutritious noodle is ready.

Method 2

1. Prepare the ingredients. Quickly blanch the raw noodles in boiling water, pick them up and dry them for later use; wash the water spinach; cut the lean meat into strips or slices, add a small amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, MSG, and starch, mix well, and marinate for a while.

2. Heat the pan. Cook over medium heat, add a proper amount of blended oil, stir-fry the chopped ginger slices in the oil for two or three seconds. The ginger slices can remove the fishy smell of lean meat and clams. Add about 500 grams of water (add more if you like more soup), and bring to a boil over high heat.

3. Below. After the water boils, add the noodles and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. As raw noodles cook slower, cook until they are 70% to 80% done. If they are mushy, they will not taste good.

4. Add ingredients. Pour the marinated lean meat and clams into the pot, cover and cook for about 1 minute. The fire must be high at this time to cook the lean clams in the boiling soup to ensure that the meat is tender.

5. Add more dishes. Add water spinach and a few drops of sesame oil, and the leaves will be greener! Add appropriate amount of salt and MSG. Now, a simple home-cooked noodle soup is ready. Try it. It is very simple.
