How to make Fukou dumplings

Home-cooked meals are meant to give people the taste of home. Fukou dumplings are a dish that is full of hometown flavor. The method is simple but not perfunctory. The steaming hot dishes are served on the table, and the family sits together to enjoy the dishes. This is the taste of home. There is constant laughter at the table, and there is no greater taste of happiness than this.

1. Add some water to the spinach leaves and use a juicer to make juice. You can also put it in a bowl without adding water.

2. Pour the spinach juice into the dough bowl, add a little salt, and then add flour little by little.

3. Stir it into a flour spike shape by hand and check the hardness.

4. Knead the dough into a smooth and non-sticky dough. The most standard requirement is that it should be smooth and not sticky. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.

5. While the dough is resting, make the filling: mix the meat filling with dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, add chopped carrots, add oil, mix well, add the remaining seasonings and mix well.

6. Knead the dough again and roll a portion into a thin pancake. It should be larger and the same thickness as the dumpling skin.

7. Then fold it up like a fan, as shown in the picture.

8. Cut into pieces of desired size.

9. Finally, divide it into small dumpling skins, square

10. Put the filling in the middle of the dumpling skin, as shown in the picture.

11. Pinch the edges as shown in the picture

12. Then the next step is shaping. You can see from the picture that you just need to pinch the edges at both ends.

13. After wrapping the dumplings in this way, place them in a straight line and cook them. You can also freeze them.

14. Take some of these delicious dumplings home and cook them!
