How to make mutton and radish dumplings

The busy life makes many people be careless in diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually. Little do they know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, lamb and radish dumplings are simple and delicious to make. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Add water to flour and make dough. Let it rest for half an hour.

2. Wash the white radish and prepare the green onion.

3. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, and minced ginger to the chopped mutton, mix well, and marinate for a while.

4. Grate the white radish into thin strips with a tool

5. Add salt to the grated radish, squeeze out the water, then chop it up and chop the green onion for later use.

6. Add marinated mutton and chopped radish, seasonings and mix into dumpling fillings

7. Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces and use a rolling pin to roll them into dumpling wrappers.
