How to make purslane (also known as longevity vegetable) buns

1. Soak purslane in warm water for an hour, then wash off the mud and sand, cut into minced meat or segments and put them on a plate. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside!

2. Pour cold oil into the pan and heat it up. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and add some white wine to enhance the flavor. Stir-fry. Mash and add lard, salt, ginger, soy sauce and seasoning powder.

3. Pour in purslane and mix well for later use

4. Put the flour in a bowl and add water with yeast powder to make it into a ball and ferment for 60 minutes (mix the yeast powder with warm water)

5. Knead the dough for a few minutes after it is opened, cut it into small pieces, flatten it, and use a rolling pin to roll the dough into dough sheets.

6. Take the rolled dough and use a spoon to put the prepared purslane filling on the dough and wrap it up one by one. Let it rest for a while and then steam it.

7. Steam for half an hour before eating
