How to make homemade peach yogurt

A good diet is directly related to our health. It is easy to eat out, but health is not guaranteed. Therefore, even if we have limited time, we might as well make some simple dishes at home. Homemade yellow peach yogurt is simple to make and can provide the body with a variety of necessary nutrients.

1. Prepare commercially available yogurt and milk.

2. Pour the yogurt and milk into the fermentation container in turn, stir evenly, and put it in the yogurt maker to ferment for 8 hours.

3. After fermentation, unplug the power supply and let it stand for 2 to 3 hours. When removing the lid, do not let the water on the lid drip into the fermented yogurt, as the fermented yogurt will become like tofu pudding.

4. Prepare three large pieces of canned yellow peaches.

5. Cut into small cubes.

6. Pour the diced yellow peaches (leave about 15 pieces), 100ml of canned juice and 30ml of honey into the fermented yogurt and stir well.

7. Fill each bottle to 80% and add three or four canned cubes on top.
