Carrot noodles

Ingredients: half a carrot, noodles, a little green onion, oil, salt

Production process:

Step 1: First, cut the carrots into shreds

Step 2: Put water in the pot, put the carrots in after the water boils (putting the carrots in after the water boils can keep the color of the carrots), bring the water to a boil again, and put the noodles in.

Loofah Noodles

Ingredients: half a loofah, noodles, green onions, oil, salt

Production process:

Step 1: Peel the loofah and cut it into small pieces. Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.

Step 2: After boiling again, cook over low heat for five or six minutes, add a little oil and salt, and serve in a bowl. Sprinkle some chopped green onions and you can feed your baby!

Spinach and Whitebait Noodles

Prepare ingredients: a small bowl of noodles, a handful of spinach, an egg, and some whitebait

Production steps:

1. Cut the noodles and spinach into small pieces (about 2 to 3 cm in length).

2. Boil the noodles, spinach and whitebait together over medium heat.

3. Beat the eggs, add to the boiling pot, and cook for another 5 minutes until the noodles are soft.

Final stage: 1-year-old babies can eat

Tomato and egg noodles (suitable for babies over 1 year old)

Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 tomato (smaller), 50 grams of children's dragon beard noodles, a little salt

practice:

1. Beat the eggs, peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces about 1 cm square.

2. After heating the pan, add oil and fry the eggs until they are 50% cooked. Then put the tomatoes into the pan and stir-fry together. When the tomatoes are cooked and soft, add salt and pour in boiling water until the eggs and tomatoes are submerged in the water, with a little more water is better.

3. Add the dragon beard noodles after the water boils and eat after the noodles are cooked through.

Expert tip: The sour taste of tomatoes can promote the secretion of gastric juice and help digest protein. In addition, tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, which can enhance immunity, strengthen blood vessels, and are very beneficial to the baby's health.
