How to make wontons

A healthy body is not inevitable. Each of us needs to learn to cherish it. If we want to be healthy, we must eat healthily. Eating out may not guarantee health. Therefore, it is wiser to make it yourself. Wontons are simple to make and can be completed in just over ten minutes.

1. Peel the water chestnuts, wash and dice them for later use

2. Wash the chives and cut into cubes for later use

3. Pour salt, pepper and sesame oil into the minced meat

4. Stir with your hands and try to mix the black pepper and meat together. This way the meat is looser and tastes smoother.

5. Pour in the water chestnut cubes and slowly mix the water chestnuts and meat evenly with your hands or chopsticks.

6. Pour in the leeks and stir (add the ingredients one by one and stir slowly so that the mixture is more even. The meat will also be more mushy so the taste will be better)

7. Add an egg and mix well as above.

8. Get ready to pack

9. Take a piece of dough with the pointed end facing yourself. Add a tablespoon of meat

10. Then fold it in half

11. Fold from the right corner

12. Then turn it over and fold the right corner upwards

13. That’s it!

14. Ready to put it in the refrigerator
