Boil:

1. Bring water to a boil in a soup pot over high heat, then gently add the dumplings to be cooked.

2. To prevent the dumplings from sticking to the pot, remember to use a spoon to gently push the dumplings forward after putting them into the pot. Wait until the water in the pot boils again and the dumpling skin becomes transparent before removing them from the pot.

Steamed Dumplings:

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat and add the dumplings on a plate.

2. Cover the pot and steam for about 6 to 12 minutes. Take out the dumplings when they are cooked. The time for steaming dumplings depends on the type of dumplings. Pork and beef dumplings need to be steamed for 12 minutes, vegetarian dumplings need to be steamed for 10 minutes, and shrimp dumplings need to be steamed for 6 minutes.

Fried dumplings:

1. Add an appropriate amount of salad oil to the pot, heat it over medium heat to 170 degrees Celsius, and then put the dumplings in one by one. To test whether the oil temperature is hot enough, you can insert chopsticks into the oil pan. If small bubbles appear around the chopsticks, you can put the food into the pan for frying.

2. When frying, you need to keep turning the dumplings so that they are evenly heated. Fry over medium-low heat until the skin turns golden brown, then remove from the pan and drain the oil.

Fried dumplings:

1. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan, place the dumplings one by one in the pan keeping them spaced apart, and fry the bottom of the dumplings over high heat until they turn slightly golden.

2. Pour in half a cup of flour water, cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat until the steam decreases and the water evaporates. Then you can open the lid and continue frying until the water is completely dry before removing from the pot. The ratio of flour to water is one bowl of water plus one tablespoon of flour.
