How to make vegetarian chicken with spicy peppers

3. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% hot, add the vegetarian chicken slices and fry until both sides are golden brown. Remove and set aside

4. Heat some oil in a pan, add shredded scallion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until cooked and changes color.

6. Pour in the vegetarian chicken slices and add cooking wine.

7. Add light soy sauce and stir-fry.

8. Pour in clean water until the vegetarian chicken slices are covered.

9. Add two spoons of sugar, turn to low heat, and simmer until a small amount of water remains.

10. Add the chili pieces and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

11. Add MSG before serving.

12. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil, stir evenly, serve on a plate and enjoy.
