6. Stir-fry the purple cabbage and potato slices evenly, then add the red pepper slices.

7. After stir-frying evenly, add salt, five-spice powder and a little water and cook for a while.

8. Fry all the ingredients until cooked, then add MSG for seasoning, stir fry evenly, remove from the pan and place on a plate.
