How to make banana jam

Having a healthy body is everyone's wish, and in order to achieve this wish, daily diet cannot be neglected. Banana jam is simple to make, and it is economical and affordable, and its nutrition is not inferior to those expensive foods. We might as well eat more of this delicacy in our daily life.

1. Three large bananas weigh about 560 grams, and peeled bananas should weigh about 500 grams. The amount of sugar depends on whether you like sweetness or not. If you like it sweet, you can put about 200 grams of sugar or 300-400 grams. I don't like it too sweet and this banana is very sweet, so I only put 80 grams.

2. First pour the rock sugar and water into an iron pot and simmer over medium-low heat. If you add the bananas in advance, the cooking time will make them turn black easily.

3. While the rock sugar water is boiling in the pot, peel the bananas and cut them into smaller pieces.

4. After cutting the bananas, put them into the pot and boil them with rock sugar water. If you don't have lemon juice, add a few drops of white vinegar instead.

5. Use a spoon to press the bananas into banana puree while cooking. Stir and crush.

6. When the juice of the rock sugar water is almost dried up, the jam is ready. Don’t cook it for too long as the banana jam will turn black easily.

7. After the soup is cooked, put it into a sealed glass bottle without water or oil, then let it cool and store it in the refrigerator.

Only when you cook for yourself can your home seem lively and humane. Banana jam is easy to make, tastes delicious, and allows you to enjoy life.
