How to stir-fry pork skin

1. Put the washed pig skin in the pot, add a large spoonful of cooking wine and bring to a boil.

13. Cover the pressure cooker, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

14. Turn off the heat and wait for the air in the pot to be released. Then open the lid, pour the soaked and cleaned black fungus into the pot and stir-fry over high heat.
