1. Prepare the ingredients and toppings. Wash the lettuce and chrysanthemum and drain them. Shell the lychees. Wash the tomatoes and grapes and set aside.

2. Take an appropriate amount of rice and use a fresh-keeping bag or disposable gloves to handle it.

3. Put a small Taiwanese sausage inside the rice. (You can add mayonnaise, ketchup and other condiments according to your personal preference)

4. Then roll it into a rice ball and press it tightly

5. Take a piece of seaweed and cut out the penguin’s eyes and head pattern. (As shown in the picture)

6.Press the seaweed pattern on the rice ball and cut a piece of cherry tomato for decoration

7. Repeat steps 2-4, take another piece of seaweed and cut it open (hollow out the eye frame), then decorate it with eyes and small tomatoes

8. Take out the lunch box, put lettuce and radish in it, then put the prepared penguin rice balls in, garnish with cherry tomatoes, ham slices, cut Taiwanese sausages and other vegetables you like

9. The lunch box compartment can be used to put lychees, grapes and other fruits

10. A penguin bento is ready
