How to make bibimbap

1. Cut the meat into shreds and cut the ingredients into different pieces as needed;

2. After the oil is hot, add shredded pork and various vegetables in turn, and add appropriate amounts of pepper powder, light soy sauce, and salt;

3. Put an egg in a frying pan over low heat. If you don’t want it to stick, add a little oil. Fry over low heat until it’s done to your liking.

4. Pour the fried vegetables on the hot rice, add the fried eggs, and sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds for flavor;

5. Add hot sauce or spicy cabbage juice according to your preference;

6. Mix well and serve;
