How to make stir-fried meat with wormwood and black fungus

1.1 Wash the wormwood, remove the roots and cut it into pieces about an inch long.

2.2 Cut the pork tenderloin into strips, add a small amount of salt, cornstarch, dark soy sauce and water and mix well, cut the soaked black fungus into strips, and cut two green peppers into strips

3. Heat the wok, pour in a proper amount of salad oil, stir-fry the shredded pork with the hot wok and cold oil (this step was skipped, haha). Take out the meat, leave a proper amount of oil in the wok, heat it over high heat until it is 100% hot, add the shredded green pepper and stir-fry for a while.

4. Pour in the wormwood and black fungus shreds and stir-fry, then add two spoons of salt and stir well.

5. Stir-fry until the wormwood releases water and the stems become soft, then pour in the fried shredded pork and stir-fry evenly

6. Add a small amount of chicken essence and pepper powder to season, then serve.
