How to make pan-fried triangle dumplings

Although you don't have to wash vegetables, cook, or wash dishes when eating out, the food in restaurants outside is not necessarily sourced from regular sources and sometimes you might end up eating something wrong. For the sake of your health, it is better to cook at home. Pan-fried triangular dumplings are easy to make and you can master them with a little thought.

1. Dumpling filling ingredients: carrot, mushroom, shrimp, egg, green onion, ginger

2. Grate carrots and cut mushrooms into pieces. Bring water to a boil and blanch carrots and mushrooms for about 1 minute. Then rinse with cold water, drain and chop.

3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, add a little salt to the egg liquid, beat it, fry it and chop it.

4. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and stir-fry the chopped carrots and chopped mushrooms. Chop the green onion and ginger. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and stir-fry together with the dried shrimps until fragrant and set aside. Finally, mix all the ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt, a little chicken essence and sesame oil, stir well and set aside.

5. Add salt into warm water to dissolve it, slowly pour in warm water and stir the flour into flocs, then knead it into dough and let the sugar rise naturally for about 40 minutes.

6. Knead the dough that has been fermented with sugar again until smooth, cut it into small pieces and roll it into dumpling skins. Add an appropriate amount of dumpling stuffing, fold the dumpling skin in half and glue it together at one-third of the way, then glue the remaining two sides together (as shown in the picture)

7. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, put the wrapped dumplings into the pot, fry on low heat until the bottom of the dumplings is golden brown, then pour in less than boiling water (covering one-third of the dumplings), cover the pot and simmer until the soup is dry and the dumplings become transparent and then you can remove from the pot.

8. It's ready and tastes great
