1. Prepare corn germ oil and flour

2. Add flour to hot water and mix well

3. Knead the dough gently and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

4. Divide the dough into 2 parts and knead them into balls

5. Roll the dough into a thin layer, add some corn germ oil, sprinkle a little salt and spread evenly, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and cut a few strips in the middle with a knife.

6. Gently roll up from one end of the pancake

7. Roll the noodles into a round pancake shape, add a little oil and let it sit for a few minutes.

8. Preheat the pan and pour in an appropriate amount of corn germ oil

9. Put the pancake into the pan and fry it on low heat until one side is golden brown and then turn it over.

10. After the baked pancake is dropped on the panel a few times, it can be torn into large pieces and served on a plate.
