How to make puff pastry cookies

The working class cannot enjoy delicious meals every day. They are born foodies, but cannot taste delicious food and feel the powerlessness brought by reality. The ingredients required for this dish, puff pastry sugar cookie, are simple and easy to make. It is absolutely affordable and delicious, allowing you to enjoy the deliciousness of a feast at home.

1. Pour 500 grams of flour into a stainless steel basin

2. Take 300 grams of cold water and add 10 grams of corn oil to mix

3. Pour the mixed water and oil into the flour and stir with chopsticks until it becomes cotton-like.

4. Use your hands to knead it into a smooth dough (the water-oil dough is ready)

5. Take 150 grams of flour and put it into a bowl

6. Add 100 grams of corn oil

7. Mix with your hands to make a dough.

8. Put 150 grams of sugar into the bowl

9. Add 50 grams of flour and mix well.

10. Then add 30 grams of corn oil

11. Use chopsticks to stir evenly into sugar filling and set aside

12. Oil the panel

13. Put the water-oil dough on the panel and knead it slightly

14. Divide into small pieces and weigh them. The size depends on your personal preference (mine is 80 grams each).

15. Weigh them in order and set aside

16. Weigh the pastry at 25g each

17. Set aside the weighed puff pastry

18. Take a water-oil dough and flatten it

19. Put a puff pastry on top

20. Wrap it up like a dumpling

21. After wrapping them one by one, roll them on the panel into long strips, cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for ten minutes.

22. Line the baking tray with tin foil and set aside

24. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a long tongue shape

25. Roll up from bottom to top

26. Fold from both ends to the middle

27. Then fold it in the middle like a quilt.

28. Use a rolling pin to roll it open

29. Add sugar filling (the amount depends on personal taste)

30. Wrap it up like a dumpling and close the mouth tightly.

31. Brush some oil on the panel, with the seam facing down, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a long tongue shape as shown in the picture.

32. Place in baking pan

33. Preheat the upper and lower ovens at 230 degrees for five minutes

34. Take an egg and beat it into a bowl to make egg liquid

35. Use a brush to evenly apply a layer of egg liquid on the pancake.

36. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

37. Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes (depending on your own oven) until it turns golden brown.

38. Time is up, come out

39. Serve and eat

We are not completely denying the benefits of eating out, but it has many disadvantages. The method of making puff pastry sugar cookies is very simple and relatively healthy.
