How to make meat rolls?

The method of making meat rolls is similar to that of scallion oil rolls, but the ingredients used are different. Ingredients

200g pork neck, 300g flour

Yeast 2g, water 170ml

Accessories: black pepper, scallion oil

Dark soy sauce and light soy sauce

Steps to make meat rolls

1. Marinate the meat with seasoning for 1 hour.

2. Dissolve yeast in water, mix with flour to form dough, and let it rise until it doubles in size.

3. Knead the dough until it is smooth and evenly distributed, then roll it into a rectangular dough sheet about 0.5 cm thick.

4. Spread the marinated meat, roll it up and cut it into sections.

5. Sugar 10 minutes. Pour cold water into the pot. Medium heat, simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
