1. Prepare the materials

Pour oil into the pan, add minced ginger, lemongrass and chopped chili, stir-fry until fragrant, then add sambal sauce and stir-fry until red oil comes out (on low heat), then add prawns and stir-fry together (on high heat), add coconut milk and water for seasoning (thicken according to the thickness of the sauce), stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, and place on the mushrooms. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Finally, add the decoration.
