How to make fried taro with bacon

1.Peel and slice the taro.

2. Sprinkle salt and marinate for 15 minutes, then wash.

3. Place the steamer on the fire, add water and bring to a boil, add taro and bacon, steam over high heat for 5 minutes, take out the taro, steam for another 5 minutes, and take out the bacon.

4. When the bacon has cooled slightly, cut it into slices of the same size as the taro; wash the garlic sprouts and chili peppers and cut them into water chestnut slices.

5. Put the pot on the fire, heat the oil, add the garlic sprouts and chili and stir-fry for a few times.

6. Pour in the taro and the broth from the steamed bacon and stir-fry until well-flavored.

7. Add bacon and season with appropriate amount of salt.

8. Continue to stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with garlic sprouts and toss a few times before serving.
