1. Prepare the ingredients

2.1 Cut the lean meat into edamame-sized pieces, add salt, soy sauce, and water starch and marinate for a while

3.2 Wash the edamame and red pepper, cut the red pepper into edamame-sized pieces and set aside

4.1 Add appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot

5.2 Pour clean water into the pot, wait for the water to boil, add edamame and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, then pour out and drain the water for later use.

6. Add the diced meat, stir-fry until it changes color, quickly remove from the pan and place on a plate for later use

7. Add red pepper and stir fry

8. Add edamame and diced meat, stir-fry for a while, add salt and chicken powder to taste.
