7. Place the fish meat on the enoki mushrooms and also place the green onions, ginger and garlic.

8. After the steam comes up, put the fish fillets in and steam for five minutes.

9. When steaming fish, heat up a pan with oil and sauté onions and garlic.

10. Add the previously prepared sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

11. Pour the hot oil sauce over the steamed fish fillets.

12. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion and diced chili on the surface, and it’s ready to eat.
