Banana cake recipe, simple and practical method

1. Whole wheat banana cake

Material

200g whole wheat flour, 60-80g brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 70g butter, 2 eggs, 250g banana, 25g raisins

5. Mix the whole wheat flour and baking powder evenly, add them to the banana paste prepared in step 4, and use a rubber spatula to turn it up from the bottom to mix it into a cake paste. You can also use your hands to knead it evenly, which is faster (if you use medium-gluten flour, you can sift the flour and add it to avoid the appearance of flour lumps)

6. Remove the raisins and drain, add to the cake batter, and mix well with a rubber spatula

7. Apply a layer of butter on the inner wall of the cake mold, pour the cake batter in, scrape the surface with a rubber spatula, and then use chopsticks to make a line in the middle.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake in the lower and middle layers for about 35 minutes

4 whole eggs, 60 ml salad oil, 110 g low-gluten milk, 60 g yogurt, 250 g banana puree, 70 g sugar, 0.5 tsp salt

Tips

1. Bananas are not tasty when they turn black, but they are more suitable for making this cake, and the taste will be sweeter.

2. Be sure to use a wooden spoon when stirring, never use a whisk. Because you need to stir slowly. Otherwise the cake will have a hard texture.

3. If you don’t have a suitable mold, a canned food barrel is also suitable.
