1. Wash 250 grams of chicken breast, remove the fascia, pat both sides with the back of a knife and cut into small thick slices.

2. Add 30 grams of honey barbecue sauce, 10 grams of sesame oil and garlic to the diced chicken, mix well, and refrigerate for more than two hours (preferably overnight).

3. Wash and cut onions and green peppers into pieces.

4. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, scoop out the pulp, leave the thick skin, drain the water and cut into pieces.

5. Use bamboo sticks soaked in water to cross-thread the marinated meat slices and green peppers, onions, and tomato slices.

6. Place the skewers on a plate.

7. Brush the skewers with honey barbecue sauce.

8. Put it in the preheated oven, middle layer, 200 degrees, set for about 15-20 minutes, take it out in the middle and brush it with sauce again, and brush it with a thin layer of honey two minutes before taking it out of the oven.
