How to make osmanthus coconut toast

1. Add eggs, oil, sugar, dissolved yeast powder that has been left to stand for 15 minutes (do not dissolve too much water, 15-20 ml is enough), then slowly pour in the milk, leaving a little to spread on the surface of the dough before putting it into the oven to increase moisture.

2. Mix well and continue kneading the dough

7. After it has risen, brush it with the remaining milk. At the same time, place a baking tray half filled with water on the bottom layer of the oven and preheat to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

8. After preheating, put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Observe the color changes of the surface. Cover it with tin foil after it is colored (it will be colored in about 10 minutes) and continue baking.

9. After baking, take it out of the mold and lay it on its side until the temperature reaches the palm temperature and you can handle it as you feel like.
