7. Add water and put in the blanched Agaricus bisporus.

8. Stir gently to avoid cutting the mushrooms and collect the juice.

9. Arrange the broccoli and put in the button mushrooms. Add a little sesame oil to the soup and pour over the vegetables and mushrooms.

10. Add red and green peppers for garnish.
