Stir-fried minced meat with garlic sprouts, several common methods

The taste of garlic sprouts is very fragrant. Stir-frying garlic sprouts with shredded pork is the most common way to cook it. The key to making this dish is to control the heat. Method 1: Stir-fried pork with garlic sprouts

Material

Garlic sprouts, meat, soy sauce, salt, oil

1. Wash the garlic shoots and cut them into 2cm long pieces. Prepare a pot of water and blanch the garlic for 6 minutes.

2. After blanching, rinse with cold water and drain.

3. Cut the meat into small strips, add light soy sauce and starch and marinate. Fry in a pan until cooked.

4. Pour in the garlic shoots, stir-fry for a while, turn to the lowest heat, cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally in the middle.

5. Add some salt when it is almost time to serve.

Tips

Do not add water when stewing, and the food will not change color after being stewed in oil. If you like it crispier, you can shorten the stewing time.

Method 2: Stir-fried pork with garlic moss

Material

Shredded pork, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, starch, garlic sprouts, onions, chili peppers

1. Marinate the shredded pork with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper and starch for a while.

2. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections, and chop the onions and peppers and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shredded pork until it changes color. Add a little more oil to the pan and fry the green onions.

4. Pour in the garlic shoots and chili peppers, add a little water and stir-fry the garlic shoots until soft.

5. Pour the shredded pork in and stir-fry for a while, then add a little salt to season.

Method 3: Stir-fried pork with garlic moss

Material

100g shredded pork from the hind leg, 150g garlic moss, 20g shredded red pepper, 30g stir-fry seasoning bag

1. Put 50g oil (about three tablespoons) in a pot, heat it up, add garlic sprouts, and fry until the skin is wrinkled;

2. Add shredded red pepper and pork, and stir-fry the pork quickly until cooked;

3. Add the stir-fry seasoning packet according to your personal taste.
