Material

Tofu skin, enoki mushrooms, egg liquid, sauce (your favorite, such as ketchup)

1. Wash the tofu skin and cut it into strips of appropriate width.

2. Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash and drain.

3. Take an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms and place them on the tofu skin.

4. Slowly roll up from one side and roll it tightly. After rolling up the enoki mushrooms, apply some egg liquid on the seal to secure it.

5. Then cut off the excess part of the enoki mushroom.

6. Arrange the rolled semi-finished products neatly in a pot and steam them for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 3 pieces of bean curd, 1 tablespoon of shredded mushrooms, 150g of enoki mushrooms, 1 piece of seaweed, 3 tablespoons of batter

Seasoning: 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, pepper, a little sesame oil

1. Spread the tofu into long slices, cut the enoki mushrooms into small pieces, and cut the seaweed into 2 cm wide strips (6 strips in total).

2. Use appropriate amount of oil to stir-fry shiitake mushrooms and golden mushrooms, add seasonings and stir-fry evenly to make the filling.

3. Place 1/3 of the filling on the bean curd slices, roll it into a tube, and apply batter to the joints to seal them.

4. Dip the surface of the seaweed strips in a little batter, wrap the tofu rolls (wrap two strips of seaweed in each roll), and fry them in a pan over low heat until cooked.

People who suffer from constipation, mouth ulcers, red eyes, or those who are prone to getting inflamed should avoid eating pepper.

What shouldn’t be eaten with Enoki mushrooms?

1. Enoki mushroom + clams

Clams contain vitamin B1-degrading enzyme, which will destroy the vitamin B1 in enoki mushrooms and cause nutrient loss.

2. Enoki mushroom + high calcium food

Enoki mushrooms are rich in nutrients, but they cannot be eaten with high-calcium foods such as milk. Many people are taking calcium supplements. We all know that the absorption of calcium requires the participation of vitamin D, and vitamin D is limited in the human body. People who take calcium supplements often need additional vitamin D. Enoki mushrooms contain more phosphorus, and the absorption of phosphorus also requires the participation of vitamin D, which will indirectly inhibit the absorption of calcium and reduce the effect of calcium supplementation. It will also cause indigestion.

3. Enoki mushroom + cold food

Enoki mushrooms are cold in nature and contain a lot of cold air. Therefore, they should not be eaten with other cold foods to avoid aggravating the cold air, causing spleen and stomach deficiency and indigestion.
