How to make home-cooked Xiangxian braised noodles

After about four or five minutes, when the soup in the pot is almost dry, you can judge by the sound, then slowly add half of the reserved soup along the edge of the pot, cover and continue to simmer, and repeat the same way with the remaining half.

9. When the soup is almost dry, turn off the heat and use chopsticks to shake off the white noodles on the surface. This step is very important.

10. Use a spatula to stir it evenly. Now the flavor comes out.

11. Serve in a bowl and peel a few cloves of garlic. hehe
