How to do Tai Chi Shuangpin

1. Prepare the ingredients, chop the garlic and chili pepper, and crush the Sichuan peppercorns.

3. Boil the enoki mushrooms in boiling water for 3 minutes and then remove and rinse with cold water

4. Add chopped garlic, green pepper, salt, sugar, MSG, chopped chili pepper and Sichuan pepper to the fungus and mix well.

5. Add enoki mushrooms, minced garlic, red pepper, salt, sugar, MSG, minced chili pepper and Sichuan peppercorns and mix well

6. Take a cylindrical container, separate it with a soft plastic sheet in the middle, put the black fungus and enoki mushrooms in and press them down. It was originally arranged in an S shape, but once the plastic sheet was taken out, it looked like a deformed middle-aged woman, without the S shape.

7. Heat oil in a pan and pour it into the pan. Take a flat plate and turn it upside down.
