How to make grilled chicken hearts in an iron pan

8. Cover the pot, heat the iron pan over high heat, and use the heat from the pan to grill the chicken heart skewers. Turn it over 2-3 times in the middle to ensure even baking.

9. Bake for about 5-8 minutes and then remove from the pan and serve.
