How to make pork and yam sweet and sour meatballs

4. Put water (or already cooked soup) in a pot and bring it to a boil. Use your hands to knead the meat filling into balls with a diameter of about 3 cm. Put them in the pot and cook until the balls float up. Use a colander to scoop out the cooked balls.

5. Put water in a small pot and bring it to a boil. Put the white part of the gourd into the pot, add a few drops of cooking oil and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes.

6. Put the scooped white into cold boiled water for a while

8. Place the cooked meatballs on the white part of the bowl

9. Heat about 20ml of oil in a wok until it is 60-70% hot.

10. Add ginger slices and green onions and stir-fry

11. Add about 400ml of water and bring to a boil

12. Add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of Maggi sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar in turn, bring to a boil, then thicken with 1 teaspoon of starch mixed with water starch, and after boiling, scoop up the sweet and sour sauce and pour it on the cooked meatballs
