How to make double-sauce braised pork

1. A piece of pork belly.

2. Wash, remove the hair, dry, and cut into small cubes for later use.

3. Heat the salad oil until it is five or six layers hot, then add the pork belly.

4. Fry until the surface is golden brown, the meat shrinks slightly, and some fat is fried off.

5. Remove the meat and drain excess oil.

6. Use the remaining oil to stir-fry garlic, ginger slices and star anise.

7. Add one tablespoon of tomato sauce and one tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry.

8. Add the fried meat and continue to stir-fry until browned.

9. Pour in a 330ml bottle of beer, half a teaspoon of salt, a little light soy sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.

10. Transfer to a casserole and cook over low heat until the soup is almost dry. Add a little chicken stock and stir evenly, or you can leave it out.

11. Place lettuce on the bottom of the plate and scoop the braised pork on it.
