Stir-fry the beef and green pepper evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce for seasoning.

Finally, add cooking wine along the edge of the pot and add appropriate amount of water starch to thicken. Pour in a proper amount of sesame oil and stir-fry for a few times before serving. Because beef has coarse fibrous tissue and more connective tissue, it should be cut horizontally to cut off the long fibers. It should not be cut along the fibrous tissue, otherwise it will not only not be flavorful but also difficult to chew. When frying beef, the pan should be hot and add more oil to prevent it from sticking.
