How to make oyster sauce, peach kernel, black fungus and tofu stew

1. Soak the black fungus in warm water, wash it and remove the roots. Soak the broccoli in salt water and rinse it clean. Set aside

2.1 Brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, add the peeled walnuts, and stir-fry over low heat until cooked.

3.2 Put the raw walnut kernels in boiling water and blanch them for 10 minutes, then remove the skin, flatten them and drain the water for later use.

4.1 Fry until both sides are golden brown

6.1 After boiling over high heat, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, cover with lid and cook over medium-low heat

8. Then add black fungus and continue to cook for 3 minutes

9. Add the fried walnut kernels before serving, turn off the heat, and simmer for 2 minutes.

10. Finally, you can add some coriander and red pepper for decoration, which will make the color look good and stimulate appetite.
