Sausage and cheese rolls recipe

10. After rolling into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 15 minutes

11. Roll into a rectangle slightly larger than the cheese slice

12. Sprinkle some minced sausage and some chopped green onions

13. Start rolling up from the bottom edge closest to you, and pinch it to close.

14. Roll all the dough in this way and arrange them on the baking tray.

15. Place in a warm place for secondary fermentation until the volume is about twice as large

16. Preheat the oven to 180°, lower layer, for about 25 minutes
