Fried bamboo shoots with sausage is not only nutritious and delicious, but also easy to make. So, how to make stir-fried bamboo shoots with Chinese sausage?

Method 1

Main ingredients: 1 spring bamboo shoot, appropriate amount of sausage

1. Take a spring bamboo shoot, remove the skin and the oldest layer at the bottom, and then slice it.

2. Slice the Chinese sausage, cut the red pepper and garlic into small sections, and cut the garlic cloves into small pieces.

3. Boil water in a pot, add bamboo shoots and blanch for 3-4 minutes before serving.

4. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, stir-fry the sausage, and remove it after it is done.

5. Use the oil in the pan to sauté the garlic slices and small chili peppers, add the spring bamboo shoots slices and stir-fry for a few times, then add salt to adjust the taste. Then pour in the green garlic sprouts and stir-fried sausage and stir-fry together. You can add chicken essence or light soy sauce for seasoning, but don’t add it if you don’t like it. Turn off the heat and serve.

Tips

Taking out the fried sausages halfway through the process is to prevent them from becoming too salty after absorbing salt.

Main ingredients: bamboo shoots (1 catty), Chinese sausage (half a catty)

Methods/Steps

1. Take the sausage and wash it clean. Cut into small pieces.

2. Remove the roots and skin of the bamboo shoots, cut into 4 pieces, and then cut into slices. Boil a pot of water, put in the chopped bamboo shoots and blanch them, then remove them.

3. Prepare ingredients: cut green onion and chili into small pieces.

4. Light the fire, add oil into the pot, when the oil is slightly hot, add onion and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour the chopped sausage into the pan and fry.

5. After the oil comes out, add a little water and continue frying. Add salt and spices according to your taste. You can also add some sugar if you like sweet.

6. When the water is dried up, pour in the chopped bamboo shoots, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add a small bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat.

7. Simmer for 6-7 minutes until the water is almost reduced, add garlic sprouts and MSG, and you can serve.

Precautions

Keep an eye on the pot while it is stewing so that the water does not dry up or the pot becomes burnt.
