Braised Chinese sausage and cabbage

Ingredients: cabbage, salt, vermicelli, 1 Chinese sausage, corn kernels, oyster sauce, chicken essence, black pepper

Cut the cabbage into sections.

Boil the vermicelli for 10 minutes until soft.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add sausage and stir-fry briefly.

Add cabbage and corn kernels into the pot. Add oyster sauce, chicken essence, vinegar, black pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Step 6

Pour the cooked vermicelli into the pot and add a little cold water to boil.

Tips

1. You can choose the spicy sausage from Meizhou Dongpo or Wangjiadu, which is greasy and has a unique flavor. You can also choose Hong Kong-style clay pot sausage, which is fresh, fragrant and delicious.

2. Because the sausage itself has a flavor, please reduce the amount of salt when adding it.

Ingredients: 1 Chinese sausage, 200g Chinese cabbage leaves

Accessories: Oil (3g), soy sauce (5ml)

1. Prepare a sausage, a few slices of cabbage, and set aside onions and ginger.

2. Cut the cabbage into slightly thicker strips, slice the sausage, and cut the onion and ginger into sections for later use.

3. Put a small amount of oil in the wok, pour in the sausage and stir-fry until the oil comes out.

4. When the sausage is slightly curled, add the scallion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Pour in the shredded cabbage, pour in light soy sauce, and stir-fry over high heat for one minute.

6. Remove from the pan and serve.

Tips

Soak the bacon in clean water overnight in advance (to prevent it from being too salty), then wash the bacon with clean water, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, and after the water boils, blanch the bacon in the pot and cut into slices.
