How to make orange enzyme

Orange is a common fruit in our lives. This fruit contains more vitamin C, which can relieve skin aging and promote gastrointestinal digestion. Therefore, it is very beneficial to our body and mind if we eat some oranges appropriately in our daily life. Oranges can be used to make enzymes. To make orange enzyme, you need to marinate oranges, dragon fruits and white sugar, and then put these fruits in a sealed jar to ferment for a week.

1 dragon fruit

2 apples

2 oranges

1kg white sugar

6L purified water

1 sealed bucket (10L)

How to make pitaya, apple and orange enzyme to reduce blood pressure and detoxify

1 pitaya, remove the claws and slice; 2 apples, peel, core and slice; 2 oranges, wash and slice (depending on the actual weight of the fruit, the total weight is 1kg);

Put the above materials + 1kg white sugar + 6L pure water into a sealed bucket and seal it;

Stir once in the morning and evening every day. The aroma of fermentation will be produced from the 2nd to 3rd day, and it will be roughly completed on the 4th to 6th day (the specific time depends on the actual situation). Note that there will be less foam in autumn and winter.

Taste the enzyme in the barrel. The sweetness of sugar is gone, only the sweetness of fruit, and the taste is sour and sweet. Filter out the residue and pour the enzyme juice in the barrel into a glass bottle.
