150g mung bean, 30g kelp, 1200ml water, 50g rock sugar

1. Soak the mung beans in clean water for 2 hours and cut the kelp into 4-5 cm long strips.

2. Bring water to a boil, add mung beans and kelp, and cook for about 1 hour.

3. Add rock sugar and cook for about 15 minutes
