Method 1

Ingredients preparation

240g rice, 90g meat sauce, 1 egg, 30g bread crumbs, 6 cups oil

Production steps

1. Heat the meat sauce slightly to melt the oil, drain the oil and absorb the grease with oil-absorbing paper, peel and beat the eggs and set aside.

2. Take 80 grams of rice and wrap it with the drained meat sauce to make a round cake. Dip it in egg liquid, coat it with breadcrumbs, and fry it in hot oil until the surface is golden brown.

Method 2

240g rice, 10g egg yolk foam, 10g ham foam, 3g cooked white sesame seeds, 10 or so cooked black sesame seeds, 5g pork floss, 2g seaweed foam, 2g salmon floss, 2g seaweed floss, several bamboo sticks

Production steps

1. Divide the rice into 8 portions, 30 grams each, and roll them into round shapes.

2. Dip the rice balls with egg yolk foam, ham foam, white sesame seeds, or white sesame seeds mixed with a little black sesame seeds, meat floss, seaweed foam, salmon floss, and seaweed floss.

3. String them together with bamboo sticks.

2 bowls of hot rice, some pork floss, 2 tablespoons of sushi vinegar, some Japanese soy sauce

Production steps

1. Pour sushi vinegar into hot rice and mix well. Set aside.

2. Take a piece of plastic wrap, put 1/4 of the rice in the center, add meat floss to the rice, tighten the plastic wrap along the center, and gently press the rice ball.

3. Heat a small amount of oil in a flat-bottomed pan, put the rice balls in and fry over low heat. When the rice balls turn slightly brown, apply a layer of soy sauce on them. Then turn the rice balls over and repeatedly apply soy sauce on them until they turn golden brown.
