Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you how to cook curry rice.

1. Peel and wash the potatoes

2. Slice luncheon meat

3. Dice the potatoes, cut the luncheon meat into strips, chop the green onions, and mince the ginger and garlic.

4. Saute onion, ginger and garlic

5. Add luncheon meat and fry until fragrant

6. Add potatoes, soy sauce, cooking wine and oyster sauce and fry until golden brown

7. Add curry powder, salt, MSG, chicken essence and water until it covers the potatoes. Cover and simmer for a while.

8. The soup is ready.

9. Take a bowl of rice and put it on a plate, pour the curry, potato and luncheon meat on it

10. Sprinkle with sesame and coriander and the delicious curry rice is ready
