How to make cabbage pancakes

An unhealthy diet often becomes a triggering factor for disease. If we don’t want to have problems with our bodies, we should not eat out casually. It is better to cook it ourselves if possible. The method of cabbage stewed pancake is relatively simple. Even if you don’t cook much, you can master it through simple learning.

1. Buy ready-made biscuits

2. Cut the meat into shreds and marinate with cooking wine and light soy sauce for about 10 minutes

3. Wash and shred the cabbage

4. Mince the garlic

5. Heat the oil in a wok, pour the shredded pork into the wok, stir-fry with a little dark soy sauce and thirteen spices

6. Add cabbage and stir-fry with appropriate amount of salt

7. Spread the cake strips evenly on the vegetables

8. Add appropriate amount of water along the edge of the pot to prevent the vegetables from burning and sticking to the bottom of the pot.

9. Cover and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes, then add chopped garlic, chicken essence and sesame oil.

10. Stir-fry evenly and serve.

11. Pose for a photo

Not having time to cook is a problem faced by many office workers. Learning simple cooking can solve this problem. The cabbage stewed pancake dish only takes a dozen minutes to prepare. Just add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to enhance the color before serving.
