How to make Babao spicy sauce

1.1 Chop pork, mushrooms and dried tofu into minced pieces. (The chopped mushrooms and dried tofu are almost indistinguishable when mixed together)

2.2 Put the cooked peanuts in a sturdy food bag and crush them with a rolling pin. (I used Cha Cha’s odd-flavored peanuts, which have a crispy coating on the outside)

3.1 Stir-fry until the meat turns white and the rock sugar melts, then add cooking wine and light soy sauce.

4.2 Turn on the fire, put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add rock sugar and minced meat and stir-fry.

5. Add mushrooms and dried tofu and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Pour in the chili sauce and stir fry evenly. (It smells really good now.)

7. Pour in the chopped peanuts and stir-fry for a few times.

8. Finally, sprinkle in the cooked sesame seeds, turn off the heat, and stir well.

9. Take out of the pot, put it on a plate, and start eating. It smells so delicious!
