How to make red bean steamed buns

2. Knead the dough, take a quarter of it and roll it into a small ball. Pull it into a rectangle and flatten it with a rolling pin.

4. Slowly roll from top to bottom into small curls. After rolling, I personally recommend using a rolling pin to gently flatten the small roll strips so that the opposite sides are parallel and straight, that is, a perfect rectangle. I have obsessive-compulsive disorder!

5. Use a fruit knife to cut small rolls according to the size you want to eat.

6. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes. I was in a hurry and didn’t let it sit, so my finished product is in Figure 6.

7. Steam it in a pot for 15 minutes. If it doesn’t rise well, why are you crying?
