Use a rolling pin to roll it into a 3mm rectangle, using less powder. Mix the filling evenly, spread it on the dough, roll it into a cylinder, and cut it into 8 equal parts. The cutout is facing upwards in the mold.

3.2 Mix the caramel coating evenly and spread it in a 9-inch mold

4. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

5. Preheat to 175 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. I turned it over while it was still hot, and unfortunately it cracked when I turned it over. I guess it was because the two pieces grew too tall when baked.
