Lemongrass-roasted pig tail recipe

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Wash the onion and cut into small slices.

3. Wash the green onions and cut into sections.

5. Wash the pig's tail and cut it into pieces.

6. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add a small amount of lemongrass stems, bring to a boil over high heat, then pour in the pig tail and bring to a boil.

7. Pour in the blanched pig's tail, rinse off the floating foam with running water, drain the water and set aside.

8. Heat the pan with oil, and when the oil is 80% hot, pour in the chopped onions, scallions, and lemongrass.

11. Stir-fry quickly until you smell the fragrant wine, then add the bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

12. Add a little sugar.

13. Add a little soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, then add appropriate amount of water or broth.

14. After the water boils, cover the pot and cook until the sauce thickens.

15. The bean paste and soy sauce already have flavor. Test the flavor before serving. If it is not flavorful enough, add some salt and stir-fry evenly.
