How to make homemade Yong Tofu

There are actually many things to pay attention to when it comes to making a good dish. Of course, cooking is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Everything is difficult at the beginning. First prepare the ingredients and seasonings, and then start making homemade stuffed tofu.

1. Soak the tofu in salt water after buying it

2. Prepare the minced meat

3. Divide the tofu into 4 portions. Use a spoon to make a hole in each portion, but don’t leave the bottom empty.

4. Put minced meat on each scooped tofu.

5. Put oil in the pot and heat it over high heat

6. When the oil temperature reaches 80 degrees, add the stuffed tofu and fry until both sides are golden brown.

7. Put the fried tofu into the plate first

8. Cut onion and garlic into sections

9. Heat a little oil in the pan

10. Add the fried tofu

11. Pour in soy sauce, chicken powder, 2 bowls of water, cover and cook over high heat for 3 minutes

12. Add the prepared ingredients and stir fry until tasty

13. When you pick it up with chopsticks, it won't fall apart and is just the right amount of dry and wet. Then it's ready to go.

14. Serve
